Cancellation Policy
At PROMOLYX LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital advertising, marketing, and growth solutions tailored to our clients’ goals. Because our services involve professional strategy, research, campaign preparation, and digital work performed by our team, our cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both our clients and our agency.
Service Cancellation Requests
Clients may request the cancellation of a service or subscription at any time by contacting us at:

Please include your full name, order information, and the service you wish to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle for recurring services to avoid being charged for the following period.
Subscription Services
For monthly marketing and advertising services, clients may cancel their subscription before the next scheduled billing date. Once a billing cycle has started, the payment for that period is considered active, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, PROMOLYX LLC will stop future recurring charges and discontinue services according to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
One-Time Services
For one-time purchases, including marketing strategy, advertising setup, consulting, research, or other digital services, cancellation requests must be submitted before work has started.
Once our team begins working on a project, including research, planning, campaign creation, account setup, creative preparation, or other professional services, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund because resources and time have already been allocated.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Payments are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered, initiated, or partially completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Advertising campaign setup
- Marketing strategy development
- Market research
- Account configuration
- Creative preparation
- Optimization work
- Consulting services
If a refund request is submitted, PROMOLYX LLC will review the situation and determine whether any refund or credit may apply.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, approvals, and materials required to complete requested services. Delays caused by missing information, lack of access, or delayed approvals do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.
Changes to Services
Clients may request adjustments to their selected marketing package or service plan. Any changes may require approval from PROMOLYX LLC and may affect pricing, timelines, or service scope.
